Delete account
SliceUp (com.sliceup.teddy) lets you permanently delete your account and associated data at any time.
How to delete your account (in the app)
Open the SliceUp app.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted.
If you no longer have the app installed
Submit a request through our contact form: https://helpful-form-053449.framer.app/email with the subject "Delete my account", using the email address associated with your account. We will delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data, including your profile, login credentials, email, transactions, categories, recurring entries, AI chat history and insights, and subscription records.
What is retained
If you took part in shared expense groups with other people, those shared records are kept so the other members' balances stay accurate — but your identity is anonymized and shown as "Deleted user." Your personal email and name are removed from them. Anonymized data in routine backups is purged within 30 days.
Note on subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play or Apple subscription. To stop billing, also cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
